find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas

Low sugar & low fat intake - this does not have to be boring.
Must eat breakfast with 30 mins of rising to get metabolism working. A 30 min brisk walk each day is the easiest.
Light weights for your arms and squats for your legs will strengthen your muscles which inturn help to burn fat.
Remember - muscle is heavery than fat so don't go off just weight - go off your clothes size. Consistancy is important

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

systematic exercise is needed. balanced diet that means green leaves and vegetables are necessary to the body. take less quantity at a time and drink plenty of watter. avoid junk food that means oily food and sweets. dont try to lose weight overnight. it is a gradual reduction process. calories burning is as important as as food taking. but do excrcise regularly so that u will be slim. all rhe best.

come on man.. have a strong will power..only then u can do something to lose your weight.
anyway stop oily food right now and go for a walk.believe me , this is sufficient

only control and follow a pattern of deiting u have to stick to it for several weeks,so u can definately loosed your weight always remember when u are tring to loose your weight u only need to have meals of callaries as much as u need for your work and your entire day.and do more use of water.
its very easy if u practice and many people have done so.

instead of eating less you should exercise regularly and do pranayam , and by the way you should take some help regarding which is the most efficient yog u should do , so keep a watch on ramdev ji baba , it shall definately be of much help instead of wasting money in gyms or watever
