You want to take crushed ice, some stores sell a Snow Cone machine. Then you will take maybe kool-aid that is not diluted very much and pour it over the crushed ice. You may want to use melted concentrate juice, and pour that over the top, but if you really want the real thing, you will need to go to the store that sells the Snow Cone machines and you can buy the juice that you pour over the top of them. You can also get the juice from a rental company that rents party supplies, because if they rent out snow cone machines, they may just sell you the juice and you can make your own at home. The gourmet food stores also sells the stuff .

If you don't have a sno cone machine and don't wanna buy one, try throwing some ice in a blender until it reaches the sno cone consistency. Then pour the sno cone juice over it. It's cheaper.

YOu can buy an ice shaver at Target for about $20. Add whatever flavored syrup you like. In a pinch, use a blender to finely chop ice and then add fruit punch.
