I would definitely recommend the VW Beetle. They are really great cars. Very affordable and reliable. Test drive one, you'll love it!

VW Beetle, those 2 cars aren't even in the same class! The beetle is far superior than a Yaris.

Two very different cars, so I assume you're looking at a used New Beetle vs a new Yaris.
The New Beetle will be the one you want to drive every day. The Yaris will be an unpleasant chore to drive, but will reward you with likely very good reliability and excellent gas mileage.
I'd still choose something that's more liveable, esp. if it's your only car. If it's a 2nd car for you, such as a commuter car, then you may want to consider the Yaris for that task.
Drive both and you'll see they are two radically different vehicles.

The VW Bettle is far better. Especialy if you get it Orange with the Cream Drop Top. Yaris won't give any style points but if you rock the VW, there is potential.

Yaris saves much more gas.. VW i think is faster n fun to drive expecially with the turbo

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SIT IN EACH CAR. THE VW HAS A VERY UP-SCALE FEEL,ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE. THE YARIS IS HARD PLASTICS. YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT THESE TWO CARS ARE IN DIFFERENT PRICE RANGES, SO COMPARISON ISN'T PRACTICAL.
