We are SUPPOSED to study science to better understand how God did what he did; i.e. Creation.
We all have guardian angels; however, sometimes, some of us, by the way we live our life, don’t allow the angel to do his job unless God tells him to do it anyway.
Have you ever started to do or say something and a voice or feeling tells you not to do it or say it?
Yup that was him.
You might be one of the future scientists that come up with a cure for something or a way to make someone or something better in or on the Earth.
You might be a vessel for someone or something else.
Whether you believe in God or not doesn’t stop Him from guiding you or using you or protecting you.
HE IS GOD..
We all have a purpose.
When He gets you where you want HIM to be, you’ll know and He’ll let you know why you brought Him there.
I believe you understand what I just said.

Billy Graham has written a fascinating book on Angels. It's an older one and you can probably get it cheap at a used book store.
I personally think God looks after us in many different ways.
But I don't buy the Sylvia Browne crap. She talks about God and guardian angels but in the same breath she will deny the existance of demons and hell. So, in my opinion, she is a tool of the devil to lead people away from the Word of God...unfortunately a very successful tool!
But the Billy Graham book gives several accounts of angelic activity. His book on the Holy Spirit is also excellent!
Good luck. I hope God becomes your friend.

I believe that everyone has a guardian angel, however yours is not your friend that passed away. We do not become angels when we die. Angels are separate beings that people. Angels are spirits and have no body. If it weren't for my guarian angel I would not be here today. I was almost hit by a car, but something stopped me from crossing the road just as the car whizzed by me. I believe it was my angel. Also, God is very real.
God bless,

First, I don't believe people become angels. Angels were created in the beginning in Genesis. You are "assigned" angels, if that makes more sense.
And why you? Because you are a child of God, whether or not you think you are.

Angels are messengers of God. They have also become warriors against those angels that rebelled against God. The Bible says that they can show themselves in any form, in their true angelic appearance, as at the announcment of the coming of Christ, or as just another person on the street to lead or pursuade some one to Gods bidding. But in all they are obeying God and only God, even when protecting us. Those guardian angels are on assignment at God's request.
Now the fallen angels, demons and devils, have similar powers as well. Jesus warns us that Satan can appear as an angel of light. He and his legions want to destroy you by keeping you from your salvation in Christ. Those that don't have the protection of God's Holy Spirit, that comes with salvation, are subject to many kinds of control by either deception or, in the most extreme case, physical possession. Even Christians have to deal with them in that, though we can't be possessed since the Holy Spirit dwells within us, we can be tempted and deceived and, if not following God like we should, even oppressed and caused to suffer. But in the last respect, God will never allow us more than we can handle and it allways works out for our best....we have His promise on that.
If you haven't accepted Jesus as your savior, that should by your chief concern. Satan has you where he wants you so he is probably letting you be. The whole idea of ghosts and friends and relatives coming back to visit from the dead is nothing but the deceptions of the demons to distract us from the relationship with God that God wants with us.
God has a plan for your life. If you think that dealing with angels, good or evil, is fascinating, wait till you develop that relationship with God Himself. Wisdom will be redefined and the beauty of God that you can't imagine now will be opened to your eyes, all because you will be lined up with God closer to the way your were designed to be, in fellowship with Him. It is what He created us for.

Everyone has an angel "assigned" to them. They aid us when we accept it and pray for us when we are weak or troubled. They do not interfere with our lives. Sort of like the "City of Angels". They are true angels not departed souls. Very few people have seen them and I would wonder at someone thinking yours was a friend from your youth.
