One of the easiest ways is to buy a pack of kids play-dough and as your as sitting watching tv or just relaxing at your desk at work continue to knead the play-dough in your hand. Use enough to equal the size of a tangerine. If you are faithful and work this several times each day you will increase strength and flexibility. If you continue to shake the problem may be more severe and should be discussed with your doctor.
