I work out regularly, as in everyday. i'm pretty fit and in really good shape, but i still have these ridiculous love handles, and i can't seem to get rid of them. i'm open to any suggestions on how to get rid of them.

Spot reducing is not something that is possible. Excess fat has to be lost through cardio and diet, a good balance of carbs ~60%, fat, ~15% and the rest protein. And of course, strength training. It will make you lose fat all over, but this is the only way. Good luck

I have been working on my love handles too. Your not the only one, don't worry. This is a move that I have found really effective so far.
Lye down on your side, then lay your back down flat so your shoulders are touching the floor and your legs are still in that sideways position. Using your hands to support your head, start doing crunches.
Do about 2 reps of 20 on each side everytime you workout. You can really feel that burn and it works really well. Hope this helped. Good luck

Love handles/ Obliques are probably the most difficult mucsles to get in shape. You of course need to be dieting in order to lose weight because that is the most important but if you go to bodybuilding.com it will give you a list of oblique exercise you can do.

If you exercise and you can't get rid of them, maybe thats just the shape you your body..

run a lot or play sports like basketball, any cardio activity will do i just find the machines kind of boring....
