I know this may sound harsh but the truth of the matter is that you can't make anybody "start liking you". What you can do is start liking yourself so you can find comfort in yourself. If you can learn to love yourself, to respect yourself and accept yourself without judgment, then others will recognize that you are truly unique. If this guy can't see how great and wonderful you truly are, then you don't want to have anything to do with him. So why waste your time on somebody who doesn't recognize your greatness. If he does, so much the better,

A sweet smile goes a long, long way! Whenever you see this guy, smile and let your eyes do the talking. You know how to do that? It's easy - first you have to believe that your eyes are the mirror of your feelings (and they are!) and so you always try to make eye contact. Then say very softly "I like you" - you're not actually saying the words...you're thinking it and your eyes are the ones speaking for you. Do it everytime and pretty soon, he's the one seeking your attention. Then the fun begins. Stay cool, girl!

I hate to be so blunt, but you don't, either he notices u or he doesnt, if he doesnt too bad, that means he wasn't for you, you'll thank me years from now, trust me, i've been there, one last tip if all the girls ar blonde, then be brunette, if the others wear sneakers, then try to be girly and wear heels, or just something that throws guys minds and lets THEM SEE that u are different, dont do the silly dropping paper and let him pick it up, or the stupid throwing your hair thing, those just arent natural neither original, express yourself, be different, go download, salt n pepa "express yourself" its one of those girlpower songs, i really dont like them, but this one makes u think twice and proves u dont need a man to get the party started, the party starts when U GET THERE!!!!!!!!!!

You can't make a person do anything--that is a fact. The truth is, if he is not responding to you, he may want nothing to do with you. That is a real possibility. Are you two just youngsters??? seems as if you have a lot to learn...so give it time, just be yourself---maybe another boy will notice you---there are millions of guys---be patient but always be yourself. Be your self. Be honest open and caring. If the guy does not like you there will be one that will and if you give him the chance you will like him better than the first guy anyway.
