I was sitting here looking at pictures of my grandchildren, and thinking about their pure love and trust. Only God could make something that pure.

You are absolutely correct. When Sean, my younger son, was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer, my Christian friends came over to pray. Art, the pastor opened the prayer by saying, Lord we don't like this and then we put it into His hands. Now my Sean is still with me today. God allowed me to have him and then keep him for another 10 years. Also in the very beginning of his diagnoses, before he got any treatment, I took a long walk to the cemetery and screamed at God asking Him why? I knew that Sean could have died and the thought terrified me beyond belief. I attended church as often as I could over the following months. But I want to talk about the very first time it was mentioned in church that Sean has cancer. Gary Main, one of the elders in the church, sat beside me and cried as hard as I was. To this day, I still have the tissue in my bible that absorbed the tears that I shed that Sunday. I believe I am proof of God. Throughout my entire life, I have had several people placed in my life that died of cancer. Most of them were young. Being in the midst of it all, I had the strength that came from above, from my God. Without Him, I would not have been able tolerate the pain that surrounds loosing someone you love or sitting beside someone else that is loved that is fading away and watching their family deal with that pain, on a daily basis. This ability does not come from me alone.

I have looked at the perfection of a child, and had to stop and praise God.
No big bang, nor evolution could have put together a more beautiful sigh.
The love that radiates from a child's face is beyond words.
Yes Stone ,only God the Father could create such beauty.
As for the babies of rape, they are still Gods babies.
They are loved.<><

All of creation declares His glory.
We either believe in Him and see His work in all that is good.
Or we do not believe and are blinded by the evil of the prince of the world.
Babies are a wonderful and awesome good God has done.

I don't know, a bunch of them will grow up to go to prison, be televangalists, lawyers, etc. While Ivory is 99 and 44/100 percent pure. Does that mean that it proves an uber god who works in a soap factory?

Babies are pretty wonderful. We are fashioned to feel that way about them. It's a survival trait. Your contribution to the gene pool relies on that feeling. That doesn't discount what you say, but in fact, God feels that same way about all of us, about you, even though you're a grandparent. But he's got better eyes than most.

Of course!.
(PSALM 139:16) “Your eyes saw even the embryo of me, And in your book all its parts were down in writing, As regards the days when they were formed And there was not yet one among them.”

(GENESIS 1:28) “Further, God blessed them and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it, and have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving upon the earth.””

Do you notice that everyone on here that responds and are obviously not Christians respond in such a immature and cruel manner? I think thats pretty funny.
But I know what you mean, human life is so miraculous, especially when you love them so much.
Thanks to God, we know what love is. It is such a precious thing and seeing things like that, its hard to think that people dont belive!!

I believe that only God could make it possible for any species to procreate. As a grandparent myself, I understand your feelings though. They are pretty wonderful.
