First off, most people equate weight with fat.
Your muscle mass weighs more than your fat mass.
The amount of water in your body varies quite a bit.
I'd encourage you to throw out your scale.

You asked: how much should I weigh? There really is no "should". Especially, when you take into consideration that everyone has a different body frame and shape.

Personally, I believe a woman should feel comfortable and beautiful with what ever size she is, but that would be a perfect world wouldn't it?
For myself, I struggle like every other woman with my body image, I determine a need to change my weight by how my clothes are fitting.
I know I blabbed on a bit but I think it is a very important subject.
Thanks for asking.

Well.. thats a hard question - Im 5'2 and Im 22 - I currently am dieting but I look my best at 130 - any less and I look like a damn bobble head doll .. and the "medical charts" say that someone who is 5'2 should be around 114 - sh*t I havent been 114 since I was like 14! lol.. anyway, whatever looks best on your frame and your body.

depends on if you exercise or not. Muscle ways much more than fat. You could look up one of those height weight charts but they are inaccurate.

for example, it might say you should weight 120, but lets say you lift weights daily and bodybuild, and you weight 150..... you would not be considered overweight in reality and no doctor would tell you to loose weight.

Instead have your body fat measured, its a better indicator.

Depending on your muscle tone and body structure, anywhere from 115 lbs to 135 lbs.

That's a question for your doctor, but you can check your body mass index here: http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi

There is no specific weight, but a healthy weight range. It depends on your body frame, among other factors.

I think there is too much in play to even try to answer that. It has to do with your body type and health and style. But,"How much should u weigh"??? for WHAT? To be healthy? To be sexy? To be a model? I think you can answer that one alone or with people who love you.I vote...go for health!

Do an internet search under BMI, for body mass index, and it will give you loads of such information.

Good luck!
