Yes it could be.

If you have a common cold, then no, those are just infections you get usually from being in the cold, or high air currents. It makes your body get weak and bacteria will take advantage. Those are not contagious.

Now, if you have any kind of virus, then the answer is yes as viruses are contagious. Whenever you feel sick, try not to kiss your boyfriend as he will more likely catch it, and even more if his immune system is not good. And it could become aq vicious circle as it will then get back to you. Don’t forget viruses mutate and adapt, so you can always catch it again after it mutated in him.

Take vitamin C.

it's got very little if anything to do with you. a bad fever/cold/flue has been going around lately. I would know, i had it all last week and i can still barely even talk due to it. you cannot blame yourself, a simple kiss would not be enough on it's own; the sickness is just passing around. If he is infact sick he was going to catch it whether you kissed him or not.

You are the reason for it. Kissing spreads disease. Don't kiss anybody when you have fever.
You don't catch an allergy from another person, but when you have fever, you are contagious.

Bacteria, viruses and other maladies are easily passed from one person to another orally. Another reason why hygiene is important.
