Is there a darkroom or a lab in San Diego, CA where i can go to work on my pictures?

I used to do this when i had my photography class in another town, now i take my pictures and i wonder if there is a place i can just go and do this....

i dont know specifically but you could ask a local newspaper, they often have a spare darkroom, this is what i do.
