You decide. Do you think he or you are mature enough for each other. Is he everything you wanted or is he really not that much of a great person on the inside. The age doesn't really matter if you like him and he likes you then you have something special and you should lose it because of your age difference. Good Luck. Its very inappropriate. Whether or not it is legal and the guy can be brought up on charges of Statutory Rape is subject to the age of consent in your state.
