you cant. but you can call your caseworker and find out if your case has been submitted for tax refund intercept (state and federal) for the arrears.

You can't, unless you are the person who had their tax refund offset by FMS. If you are the recipient of the support you can probably surmise that the offset took place when you get your money but the IRS will not discuss tax matters of a taxpayer with anyone other than the taxpayer or their legal representative, i.e. their CPA, attorney or another person with a valid Power of Attorney.

I think that states keep track of that through Child Welfare Services. The IRS will not give out information like that without a court order.

Child support can take your refund if you owe them. You would have to call you local child support office to find out if they with held your refund from the IRS.
