He's still married. This is like asking "Is it wrong for me to break someone's arm, because they were probably going to break it anyway?" The vows of marriage say "till death do us part" not "till one of us gets mean." I believe I've said enough, succubus.

Yes it is. An affair is not an answer to get even with a mean wife. They need counseling and communication. If it does not work, then the co-worker needs to file for a divorce. If it's granted, then the co- worker can look for a nice one.

Yes it is wrong, do you know her, have you met her or are you just being naive and listening to what this pathetic human being is saying. You are being used! This man loves his wife even though he will tell you differently otherwise he would've walked out on her ages ago, but why should he when he has naive young girls to take advantage of and i'm sure actually i can almost guarantee that you aren't the first person that he has cheated on his wife with. Tell him to go and find someone else to be unfaithful with and that you aren't anyones piece on the side. Have some respect for yourself and think of how you would feel if the shoe was on the other foot.

Of course it's wrong. She's mean to him? I guess you putting out makes you nice? I would be very careful having ANY affair, but much more careful with a co-worker.

Hello?! You're kidding, right? How do you know what's going on between the couple beyond what he tells you? Do you think he's being upfront with you (besides the obvious sense)? Would an honest man cheat on his wife? It's not so much "right" vs. "wrong" IMHO; it's about you, and why you've chosen to put yourself in this situation in the first place...
Do some soul searching, and avoid the impending ugliness; things like this don't often turn out "right." Good luck.

There is always two sides to every story. Like his wife's side. You already know it is wrong, you do not need us to tell you that. Love is a crazy thing. Just be careful, it really sucks to be the other woman, and that is exactly what you are Hun. Look up the statistics, married men unfortunately rarely leave their wives for the other woman. Good luck!

Having an affair is never right. You should find someone who is available before you get yourself into something you can't handle like his mean wife coming after you

Yes it is still wrong to have an affair with a married man just because his wife is mean to him. If he can't be faithful then he needs to divorce. Also.......maybe she isn't mean and he tells you that just to get you to sleep with him.
