My name's Brad and my best friend is Rachel and we're 19. I've known her since we were 6 and have become great friends over the past few years. I've always had a huge crush on her but i'm the shy guy who's happy having a friend instead of pushing a relationship.
About 5 months ago she came out to me and told me (after a few evil guys) that she is a lesbian, or atleast bi.
For the past 3 months now, however, she's been obsessed over some 13 year old girl who screws guys in the library (really) and is just toying with rachel's emotions. No matter what i say, rachel still wont give up on the girl. She knows it's wrong and wants to stop liking her but just cant.
What should I do? I wish i could comfort her more but I cant. Am i evil for wishing we could have something? I'm all confused... after coming out I made it known how i liked her and she said "ya never know", but i really dont know how to take that. We're never alone either- when we're out, many friends come with us.

I don't think you are wrong for wanting something with her still. Feelings that have gone on since you were 6 just don't go away. I would stay friends with her and see if her "bi" side comes back to you. Who knows? It may end up being good in the end.

Rachel can be arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. It doesn't matter if the 13 year old is sexually active. It doesn't matter if she is gay or bi or just horny and will screw anything.
What matters is that Rachel is 19...a legal adult. And the 13 year old is too young to legally consent to sex.
Are you going to bail Rachel out of jail, when they arrest her, too?
As to your chances..."ya never know" may mean that she will pity f*ck you sometime, but you should have more self-respect than to give in to that.

Wow, now that's a situation :-D If she is a full on lesbian, then I really don't think you and her would work, unless, and this shoulds like I'm trying to be funny but I'm not you were in a threesome together. I think you should look out for bigger fish in the sea. Plus, it would never be the same after you two were together. I don't think you would be as close of friends as you are.

if u told her u like her and she still does not return your feelings then just be her friend and maybe in the future she might realize just how important you are to her.coz u were there in her good times and also her darkest times.
