acocados are one of the best things I know. If however you are looking for somting that is healthy enought and complete enought that you could eat it and only it without ever needing somthing else then oatmeal still though it is not near as good as an avocado with a little salt.

WATER. Granted it's not a "food", but I'd argue it's an essential part of every food (see water content in any food - USDA data), and something we need more than food for survival.

My tip for a better life is drink 8-16oz water EVERY morning when you get up. You will feel more fresh and alive.

can water be considered a food? if yes,then my answer would be water because a man can still live even if he's only drinking water. but im not really sure if water is a food.. ahahaha

honey and milk. it's perfect for your health. it's contains a lot of nutrien that our body need. (oh my god, i love avocado when we mix it with milk.)
