What do you eat with it? Would you just put it plain on a cracker?

Eat it with simple crackers and with any wine you prefer to wash your throat from the saltiness. Then go for another round. Enjoy!

You could eat it plain or on a cracker. There are many different ways you can eat it, but I'm told the best way to experience it is on a mother-of-pearl spoon.

I have had caviar served on toast, croutons, little boiled potatoes, blinis, in sauce on deviled eggs, and on boiled eggs. I grew up eating caviar and love it. Oh yeah, you can eat it by the spoonful I have a special one made of shell. Some say the metal effects the taste of the caviar. I hope I have been some help.

In Russia we have a lot of caviar. And we eat it just with a spoon (but it is very high-calorie) or with some white bread and butter.

Yes you do eat it on crackers. It has a very strong flavour, they are fish eggs after all. Not really my thing. Did you know that they are worth as much as GOLD..

I prefer to cath myself a fish, and then instead of eating the actual fish like a normal person, i take the unfertilized eggs and eat them, while pretending like its the classy thing to do. i then usually have an emotional breakdown shortly thereafter, during which i remember that this is the behavior of two creatures: bears, and complete morons.
