The thing is i have dreans and they won't stop but i feel when i go to church and i am sitting there i say to him just give me a sign any thing and i will give it all to you and do what i am suppose to do, but the end of church and nothing happens and i go home to to all again on sunday. The thing i need help with is please tell me how it was for you when you gave your life over to God and how it is now

Sweetie, i cant answer you here in they way i think you want to be answered, I have in my life been involved with churches, and mainstream religion, but never recieved any joy from it. And when you have problems you really are on your own i feel.
Now however i am learning Wicca, there is soo much love pouring in from people who want to help me find my way, that i feel like i have come home. And even tho i know basicly nothing yet, I am getting the answers i have been looking for and i do not feel alone, in fact i am overwhelmed!With love.
Look into it sweetie, empower yourself with true knowelege! Wicca is not that dark, nasty thing that people assume!

First of all, don't get too focused on signs from God. Remember Jesus said we are a generation that is always looking for signs and wonders. We want answers from God and come very close sometimes to "testing" Him which is not right.
You already know what to do. Jesus says "If you love Me, keep my commandments." Are you following all of His moral teachings and working to conquer your vices and replaces them with virtues?
To become closer to God you must get to know Him (just as you would in a human relationship). You get to know God by studying about Him. What did He do for you? What did He teach? How did He interact with people?
I am a Catholic so I do not believe salvation comes at a moment in time and Heaven is assured. Each day is a spiritual battle but God is faithful and keeps His promises. He gives us the grace and strength we need and when we fall we can go to Him in confession, and then receive His body in the Eucharist.
Please don't get discouraged. I think you are looking for too much too soon when so much is right in front of you. It is simpler than you think. God is there. He has never left you and will never leave you. In fact, this is a time of need when He will draw you closer than before because when you are weak He is strong.

i'm not sure how it was for others.. all i can share with you is how Jesus finally became real to me..
i've been a Christian since birth.. grew up in the church.. did all the things a Christian is suppose to do.. but at the same time... i was also very much into the world.. i had one foot in the church, and one foot in the world.. i was what the Bible says in the book of Revelation.. "lukewarm".. neither hot nor cold.
it was when i finally came to the realization that the way i was living was completely against what God wants.. what He wants is a complete surrender.. He wants 100% of our heart.. the Bible says... you can't serve two masters.. and that's when i made the decision to give me life completely to Him.. and that's when God began the work of transforming my life more and more according to His will.. that process is still going on today.. and will continue till He comes back to take me home to heaven..
God does not always gives us signs.. the way we want Him to.. most of the time He works quietly inside our hearts.. but the more time we spend in prayer and studying His word (the Bible).. we will be more sensitive to His voice..

It was not in church that I have had my encounters with Him. If you are able get in a place where yo are away from people for how ever long it takes and seek Him. Church and RELIGIOUS environments have just gotten in my way. Perhaps get a red letter edition of the bible and just read the words that he was recorded as saying until you get it. I pray that you have the supernatural type encounters that I have had. If you are interested in them contact me and I'll direct you to the site where I have started to tell about them. No signs but a definite call and I should be dead. I'm praying for you.

Sweetheart,remember,Jesus said an evil generation looks for a sighn. Don't listen to these idiots on tv,or in most of the pulpits today. They,as the people of Jesus's day look for a sighn,or a earthly kingdom,rather than the kingdom of almighty God. I am a prophet God. I can tell that you know that there is more to God's Word than you have been taught. I am going to give you a nugget of truth. There are three earth ages. This world is millions of years old,and God's Word declares it for those who have eyes to see. All souls were created in the first earth age. Then at satans rebellion,he drew one third of God's children with him as is spoken of in revalation. Rather than destroy the 1 third of his children God made this second earth age or flesh age. And it has 1 purpose and 1 purpose only. For people to make up there mind whether they will love God or satan.

Before I gave my life to Christ, I was focused on me. My concerns were all about my own needs and the needs and desires of my family. I was arrogant and petty. Since coming to Christ, I have become more focused on helping others. I have been humbled and centered on God as the most important thing. This change was the best thing that ever happened to me and my family. It's not about going to church on Sunday. It's about how you live your life every day.

Your asking God to agree to your terms. He doesnt have to.
God is and always has been he doesnt have to prove anything he has already done it.We are just a minute speck of dust in the universe yet we think that we can snap our fingers and God will pull a rabbit out of the hat? Next time you are in church quit sitting there so self absorbed and self centered and try listening to the word.

I suggest you read Jesus' instructions in the Gospels. Once you are born again into a personality and justice system of not holding a grudge or seeking revenge, the Holy Spirit will visit you and witness to you that if you are a harmony-loving person, you will go to Heaven. - There is no better sign than that personal visit. (People who have not been born again into the above described personality are usually looking for signs similar to a circus act.)

The witness comes after the trial of faith. Start following and living the Gospel of Christ and you will get a witness. Ask Heavenly Father to help you recognize His hand in your life as you follow the commandments and exercise faith in Christ. Ask for peace and comfort.
James 1:5-6
5. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of god...and it shall be given him.
6. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering...

first off you can talk or pray to God anytime not just on Sunday in church, that is so cliche, if you are waiting for a sign then you do not have the level of faith you need to get what you are asking for. work on building your faith. "Walk by faith not by sight"
