i have been trying to lose weight for a while, and nothing is working... please help me out =/

ABS:

1.Lay on your back and cross ure legs. in a sitting down position....You should already feel the pain and do 20 of those.

2.Bycicle ride a bike on your back up to 20 second while your head 2 the top of your shoulder blades is not touchin the floor

3. Sideways, have your upperbody facing the ceiling and have your knees facin the wall..20....switch...20

4. Read the Newspaper....on your back imagine your sitting down and you have your newspaper. with only your ancle touching your knee use your opposite elbow of ure knee and closely touch you knee do 20...switch...20

When you get up you stomach should feel tight.

Eat healthy.

I eat apples in the morning noon and night and salad for lunch with grilled chicken and a lil dressing. and a full course meal at night.
NO MIDNIGHT SNACKS MISSY!

When you get home from work or b4 jog and be sure to pace yourself for at least 30 minutes without stopping. You will be tired the first day or two until you get use to it.

and be sure to do lunges and the crisscross leg thing and bend over to the sides and middle.

Like your getting ready to go use ure legs.

I have to do that stuff for track so its a guarentee that itll work i can already see my abs coming out right...lol....My friends and I call it gettin ready for that summer body...lol

I have the opposite problem, I'm actually to thin but I do have some advice...

Seriously, I'm not kidding when I say...

No particular order:

1) Go to bed the same time every night, wake up the same time every morning 7-8 hours later, soon you will never need an alarm unless something pops up in your schedule. Of course you can take days off, just spend more days on.

2) You know how much of a workout you can handle. Just keep it consistent. Walk 15 minutes every day or just do something physical every day whether it's aerobics, walking, jogging, jumping rope, rowing machine, tony little gazelle, etc.

3) Don't count your calories, you will lose interest quicker than you can lose a pound or two. Just eat sensible. Start by saying I will eat nothing which is considered a dessert. If you can succeed with that battle you are half way there. A TV dinner is better than a box of cookies/potato chips. Then eventually incorporate more seafood, fruit, vegetables, find a salad dressing that you love and suddenly salads become more enjoyable. I love "House Italian" by Seven Seas/Kraft, there is no salad I won't eat without that awesome dressing on it.

It shouldn't be a job to lose weight, take baby steps and it you won't even realize you are doing it. It's all in the mind.

Hon, if that's your pic, you don't need to lose weight, your gorgeous!! LOL but I would try salads, and soups. If you like to dance, their are some great dance videos out there, the best way I lose weight is by going to the clubs for a few hours every so often. Great way to sweat, lose calories, and meet some cute guys!

Get the workout DVD's by SELF, one is called Slim and Sleek Fast. They have several and they all are great! Bikini Ready by SELF will get you ready for the summer! I love them, they are easy and they really work. I noticed a difference in just two weeks! Good Luck to you!!

Drink lots of water and eat a low-fat yogurt for breakfast!!

Not trying to be a freak but they say that sex is the best aerobic workout. I would agree it is a good workout.

Fruits and veggies are good to help shed fat. Also grilled chicken breast, fish, nothing fried.

go jogging 30 miutes a day,everyday. eat 6 small meal a day and drink water 30 miutes before and after eating.fiber,like fiber ceral keeps you feeling satisfied longer.vegtables are great when it comes to loseing weight eat them stemed or raw.lift weight every other day,lower body and upperbody,you dont have to do them inthe same day,one day do upper body the next day lower body.drink water and avoid all junkfood .
