I don't recommend any of them, they are messy and if the gel gets on your gums it can burn them. i suggest going to a dentist, and alot of them have marketing specials that with a new patient exam and cleaning you can get whitening for a dollar or maybe free ( instead of paying $30 to $40 for crest white strips), in the yellow pages you will see alot of different ads. They will take impressions and make trays that will be made to fit only your teeth. And will give you instructions on how to use them. It is a much stronger ingredient that whitens faster also. You could get your whitest with in 10-14 days, or you can get in office whitening and be alot whiter in a single hour appointment....good luck

The ones that work the best for me is Crest whitening strips. I have used these for several years and have always been satisfied with the results. I also use Crest Vivid White tooth paste after wards to boost the color and to even everything out. I also suggest an electric tooth brush, this well help naturally whiten your teeth.

I've tried the gels, the pastes, and the mouthwashes. Nothing has worked so well, quickly, and with less mess than Crest Whitestrips. With any other type of whitener, you end up tasting way more of the bleaching ingrediant than you ever needed to.

i like to use the crest whitening strips. they now have them so you only have to use them for three days. i used them when they first came out like two years ago and my teeth have still been just as white. i loved them so much and im sure you will as well.

How bad are your teeth? If it's just a matter of wanting one shade whiter than I would go with Crest white strips. If it's more severe than i suggest going to a dentist and see what options you have.

Go to Walgreen's. They have one for 25 bucks. They stick and work really good. Better the the crest white strips.
