You know planing a conversation, doesn't work...If you cant be natural around her and just be who you are, its not going to work...Dude relax, things will flow, don't be fake, we females can smell you a mile away with the BS...So let the girlie know your interested....

Well, that's not much to work with, but just chat sometime! The best conversations tend to have nothing to do with anyhting (EG I have had numerous conversations with my friends about socks. Seriously). And for now, jsut hang with her, probably with friends of both yours and hers would be good, then it's not as awkard jsut the two of you. In groups conversations start more easily. And, if you can't think of something, just sit and smile and look around, and act happy :) Maybe after time you two will get to know eachother better.

just try to talk to her the way that you would talk to any other girl that you have no problem talking to. notice what it is that you guys talk about. use these similar conversations with this girl that you like. thats what i did.
then after a while of doing that i became comfortable with her that it all comes natrual.
