We work together and went out on the town, it was a crazy night and we ended up making out. What do I do now? Do I acknowledge it or pretend it didn't happen? How do I acknowledge it without looking clingy? I'm not sure if it was a one night thing or not.

Wait for couple of days, then go for a lunch together.
Things will automatically pop out. If not then say it plainly (just this bit) that you liked the making out. Nothing more.
Give a bit of a pause you'll have your answer.

the best advise i can give you is contact this person tell him/her just ask if they wouldnt mind going out on a date with you again just keep it up like that dinner movies and see what happens. I learned my mistake wrote someone out a letter and he thought I was obsessed now he is obsessed over this girl just a little though.... good luck!!!

well u should like pretend uthat nothing happend but then if the person wants to talk about it then u talk about it... but if u feel unconfortable then just move along
