It depends on whether you have weights. If not, there is plenty you can do with body weight exercizes. I recommend:

1. Pull-ups (the greatest upper body exercize)
2. Dips
3. Hindu Squats (for legs)
4. Push-ups

If you do have weights:

1. Deadlift (the greatest weightlifting exercize).
