i like this guy but a barly met him and i want his number. how do i get it?

Why not just ask him? Seriously what is the worse that can happen? Him saying no. I asked my boyfriend out on our first date, I am not the kinda girl that does that, but I just did. We have been dating for a year and a half now.

first i dont think its right for a girl to ask a guy for their number. usually if a guy doesnt ask for your number it either means that he is not that interested in you or hes shy. if hes shy ask one of your friends to tell him or maybe one of friends to see if he likes you or not. if he does too then he will problably get the message and will probably ask for your number. if not you can do this: if he has a phone tell him to let you borrow it so that you can call your house this way you gave him your number "unintentionally". if he calls you then its a good sign.
although that i dont think that you should get his number right now you should wait about a month at least.

Just walk up to him and be like "Hey you seem like a cool guy i was wondering if i could have your phone number and call you sometime" He probably won't say no if you make it friendly like that.

casually strike up a conversation about computers and what websites he likes.Then ask for his email.Then start a email conversation with him.Ask him to call you sometime and give him your number.

I agree with Gary ,jsut ask if you can call him sometime and then jsut say "Okay. Wait, I don't have our number!" If he says yes.
Or, if your this type, there's an excelent line for that "I lost my phone number, can I have yours?" :P
