I just used my strips for the first time. I read the directions thoroughly but it says nothing about what to do after removing the strips. My teeth feel extremely sticky. Should I just wait for the feeling to go away or am I supposed to brush them right now?
Any help is greatly appreciated :)

I have used them before, and am using them again.
It does say not to brush them BEFORE you use the strip but it says nothing about removing the goo.
You may irritate your gums if you brush.
You may find a vigorous swish of mouthwash will break down the goo.
I brush after the strips- but very gently and try not to touch my gums.
