See i'm answering... it depends on how large you are and how much weight you wish to lose..maybe an active 35 year old who is excercising needs to take in atleast 1400. Look up you BMI on line. lots of luck... 35 is an awkward age where your metabolism slows down..

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas

sure. you will desire to never eat decrease than 10 energy consistent with pound of bodyweight once you're attempting to drop some weight. Weighing 55kg, or 121 pounds, you will desire to never eat decrease than 1210 energy consistent with day. incredibly, you will desire to in all risk be eating better than that, fantastically while you're dancing oftentimes. besides, there is not any way you will desire to be finding to lose 6kg at your peak/weight. you would be underweight consistent with BMI, which does no longer even think on the subject of the actuality which you in all risk have above-concern-loose muscle tissues from dancing.
