and here r some more details,he's 2 yrs older than me, and we r both in college. he likes me to sit on his lap, and he got excited when we go to parties to dance.

well depending on how old you are.. and how old he is... he might just like ya as a friend.. i'd say if you're 6th grade or under.. then hes a friend and if ur 7th or higher he likes you.. but its hard to be sure.
