warm is best to cut the thick slime. It needs to only be warm to your feel. Cold water tightens everything up and makes you have an allergic reaction and makes flegm. I do it, but not too hot. Coffee or tea works too, and you can swallow coffee or tea.

I think as long as you actually brush and floss your teeth like your supposed to daily, it doesn't matter what water you use. The jod will get done ;)

not hot you can burn yourself but definately warm water to rinse out after brushing yes.
