As an instructor and school owner I have tried a lot of brands of equipment. The name brands like adidas and macho are good but expensive. I like the vision brand becaause they are reasonably price and is the same equipment macho and adidas sell. They are the provider for the U.S. Olympic team that should tell you something. But in reality all are good but of course you pay for the name brand.

I use A mix of century and macho. But I think if you wanted to give him a punching bag then go with Century.
