these are many people who send people signs when they are going through a hard time and lots of times we cant?

read them.I feel like I am getting those signs from a wonderful person She tells me a few things but never enough for me to say that she might need to talk to someone or to even talk to me on but this girl keeps on telling me thats nothing is wrong.I know that many people will say that if she doesnt ask for my help then I should let her be but how about if she does something like many have?This girl is my family ,one who is very dear to me.She tells me things that are never left open for discussion.I have asked things that I felt i was led to ask but I dont get anywhere.

You sound like a caring person who wants to 'be there' for your friend/family.
I think you are probably already helping her by just being there and showing an interest in how she is.
Could you ask her straight out "Is there something wrong? You know I am here for you if you need to talk to someone?". She may not take you up on your offer but she'll know that you are there if she needs you.
She will tell you if, and when, she is ready...or she may choose not to tell anyone... either way, just be there!

Keep pushing at the subject. If she really wants to talk, she will. If she gets irritated or frustrated and refuses to talk, don't push the issue. Sometime people may want to talk about problems, but need a little persuasion to really open up. Good luck!
