Well, as they say, it's all gotta do with your heart, not your head. It seems like you've CONVINCED yourself to not like him, but you still WANT to in your heart. It takes time, but eventually, yes, your heart will let go. You can only let it run it's course.
And, no, I don't think it's love. Then again it's very little information on what's going on and everything, so I could be wrong.
