with good nutrition, can I build a strong body with nice muscles only by running? if yes, how and how many times and for how long I must run every week?

You cannot build a chiseld body with only one sport. You must use diet, weight training, and cardio together to attain the "perfect" body. You can't only use one activity. The people you see in body building magazines and what-not don't get like that by just running, or just swimming, or just anything! You HAVE to cross-train. And it takes hard work and dedication. If you have motivation and are already somewhat fit, I suggest 6 days a week, running 1/2 hour and weight training 45 minutes.

Running:
You can run using interval trainging, which is sprinting for a full minute, then jogging for a 5 minute recovery.
NEVER stop to walk, unless you feel you must. The key is to spend less time tomorrow walking/slow jogging and more time running/sprinting than you did today.

Weight training:
Low weights, high reps, little rest. This is aerobic.
For muscle mass building-low reps, multiple sets, hard weight (not impossible or dangerous, it is IMPERITIVE that you watch you form!!!)

Do abs, calf raises, and push ups every day

i have done it without running!!!

..bottom line is if you have a low body fat index and you are willing to work out eat a higher protein diet you can build muscle and have a strong body.

.if it is stamina you are looking for.....Running is a the best.

running does not increase functional strength in any method for the upper or lower body. it is strictly cardiovascular training
