these two sites seem to have accutane from outside country on selling.

I have no insurance and need accutane so badly to cure my skin.

I was going to go on accutane last year and had gone through testing until my insurance ran out of time.

I did not get prescription but have testings for it.

I do not know if they would sell the same effective products and if they are not and fraudulant, can I sue them for selling false items to people?

Accutane is such a strong drug and I would not recommend buying online. You really need to consult with a doctor so they can at least monitor your cholesterol and liver functions, etc. For the past 3 years I contemplated on going on Accuatane because of the serious side effects and only went on it 3 weeks ago because my dermatologist said they would monitor me. This drug is so serious that I have to get blood work once a month, plus get a pregnancy test (you are required by law to have 2 forms of birth control), and when you pick-up your prescription you must have you I-Pledge card or they will not fill your prescription, and you must pick it up within a few days of the written prescription or it will be cancelled, and you only get 1 months supply at a time. This is a serious drug. Don't buy on-line! Please consult with a doctor first! So far the drug is working great! I wish I went on it 3 years ago! I had such bad acne that it even hurt to touch my face.

I understand about not having insurance, but you should see a Dr. when taking Accutane for a few reasons.

First, when taking Accutane you are generally required to have monthly blood tests to monitor the level of triglycerides in your blood. Very high triglycerides can cause pancreatitis. If this level gets too high your doctor will have you stop taking Accutane.

Second, use of Accutane has been associated with depression and suicide. When you start taking Accutane, you are required to sign a document that indicates that you understand this. There is no evidence that Accutane causes depression, nor that it leads to suicide. But the drug has received some bad press in the past related to depression and suicide by some people who used it. It's hard to tell if the drug causes the depression or if the population that typically takes Accutane (those with severe acne) are already depressed. In any event, it is a potential risk factor when taking this drug, and is something that should be monitored by a medical doctor.

Also, you will definitely want to take birth control if you are sexually active while using Accutane. It will cause birth defects if you take it during pregnancy.

I've never used an online pharmacy so I cannot speak to the safety of their drugs. I am not certain, but I believe it is illegal in the United States to purchase a drug such as Accutane without a prescription from a medical doctor.

Accutane though very effective for severe acne and other skin related disorders can be extremely deadly to an unborn fetus. If one should become pregnant while taking this medication, it will attack the cells of the developing fetus and the possibility is very great that the baby could be born without arms, legs or even a head. Obviously, this is one drug you do not want to take without the express supervision of a doctor!!

I read the main manufacturer is no longer making the drug (due to financial constraints).
If you really want it that bad and there is still adequate Accutane supply, see a dermatologist and get it thru proper legal/medical channels.

Reputable online l retail stores will not require a prescription.
