On the first date, girls usualy like to do the whole "Get to know you more..." kind of a thing. Take her out to a movie and then to dinner and get to know each other better. Talk about famiy, friends, the kind of person you are, who you associate yourself with or don't associate yourself with and stuff like that. If all goes well, then you can have a small kiss lock on your first date and soon to schedule a second date. Don't have sex on the first date though, it's kinda scandalous.
