Howcome some girl love getting hugs from boys, and others think its so weird and awkward?
And you probably knew this was coming, but how can you show a girl that hugs aren't as awkward as she thinks they are?

My only issue with getting hugs is that some guys hug too long and it gets a little creepy. However, I only hug my good guy friends not every guy I know.
My advice is to keep it short and simple. Make the girl feel like it's a...I havn't seen you in awhile...or nice hanging with you see you again soon type of thing...very casual.

I think it totally depends on the person. I love hugs personally, and would be much more accepting of a hug than a kiss. The problem comes in the motive for the guys' hug. I mean, some guys are just doing it to pull the girl up close to their body so they can feel certain parts of her without being obvious. I find it hard to believe that most girls don't enjoy a hug from a guy they know and trust.

Depends on the girl, but I loooove hugs! Just as long as it is quick and not too long. Also, if you are a tall guy and you kind of pick up the girl while you hug her....I think that is cute! LOL Some asian girls think that hugging is wierd because we don't hug! LOL I did not start hugging people until I was in a sorority...my family is not touchy feely.

It depends on what vibe you are giving off about the hug, like if you have some underlying agenda a girl will pick up on it. Me i'm the huggy kissy kind of girl and cuddle most of my mates, male or female. Other girls are maybe a little more reserved and don't like their personal space to be invaded.

hugs, whats wrong with hugs. you can always get hugs from anybody just about. kisses are harder to come buy unless your dating.
