I dont think that you can.
If the money is a huge amount, I suppose you could go take all of the money out of your account so that they transaction will fail but if there is another way, you should really consider doing that as I dont know waht paypal would do to you if they have already paid the person you sent the money to.
Can you contact the person thatyou sent the money to and ask them to send it back?
If you paid twice for something, you can put in the information with paypal and they can get you a refund but it will take a bit longer GOOD LUCK!

You can't. You can call PayPal's customer service phone number, but I'm sure they will tell you to wait for the transfer to complete and then transfer the money back in the other direction.
