Well...i had a friend who is a hair stylist and what she recommended me is to use a "chili shampoo"..i know it sounds weird and whatever but it really works. you can buy this shampoo at walmart or any similar store. And no..just because this shampoo contains chili that doesnt mean its gonna make your eyes burn or itch when you shower.

I have struggled with this for 10 years and I would first suggest that you get your thyroid checked and if you do have a low thyroid ask for armour thyroid. If not you may need a rx for aldactone. The best shampoo that I have ever used is the Arbonne system and the great thing about it is my children can use it also it is pure but also has the nanospere technology which blocks the DHT. I have stopped shedding I will not ever use anything else the shampoo, conditioner plus the thermal fusion scalp revitalizer. you can go to www.thewayback.myarbonne.com look under shop online and hair

nioxin shampoo & conditioner isgreat for thinning hair. or else you can go to www.lasercomb.net if your hair is falling out in patches, or you are balding. LLLT laser therapy worked for me and I have/had alopecia areata. good luck
