can heart burn hurt at the very bottom of your rib cage? if not what can hurt there that feels like heart burn

yes..heart burn and indigestion can hurt down there. I suffer with acid reflux and it hurts down there sometimes.

It could be one or more or any number of gastrointestinal problems, you should see a gastroenterologist.
