purchase bottles of water and drink 4 16oz. bottles an afternoon. that's in effortless terms a common bottle. This makes you no longer in effortless terms drop some pounds, yet keeps you finished so as which you do no longer finally end up eating as plenty. i've got been doing that for 2 months now and lost 10 kilos basically from that regulate. attempt to make it your regularly happening drink. additionally do abs, lay on the floor with your hands down at your area. shop your legs as we talk out and convey them up as severe as you could, then deliver them decrease back off yet do no longer touch them to the floor, then take them decrease back up and repeat that. attempt like 10 the 1st 3 days, 20 the subsequent and attempt to arise to 30 an afternoon quickly. (from my wife) "I don't know about lifting weights, but When my boy was 3 i decided i had run out of excuses to lose the "baby weight" i had put on. I had gotten some excersise DVD's from McDonnalds (Of all places LOL) and started to do them. Well by that age every kid knows what McDonalds is and my son was more than willing to do them with me. He has been my biggest supporter and excersise partner. I never told him to do it or made him. I never even thought about him doing it, but he will be 5 this year and is still doing it with me. We have lots of different DVD's now (not from McDonalds) and have a ton of fun doing it. Maybe you should try something like that. What kids see you do, they will want to do too."

You are risking injuring you child both physically and psychologically! Protein shakes and weight lifting are not healthy for a 2 year old. There is a reason people don't start doing these things until they are much older. I hope you are making this up...because if you aren't you should be reported to child protective services. What you are doing is child abuse.

are you serious? he is 2 years old... i think you should just let him be a kid before you try to make him a weight lifting man.
keep in mind if you nmake him muscular when little he will ALWAYS have to work out or his muscle will turn to flab easier than flab would develop on its own. Maybe instead of weight lifting and proyien shakes you should try fun sports and healthy food.

Just tell him that until he does 5 reps, Elmo doesn't come back.

But make sure you play the sesame street songs while he works out, they do much better that way.

If that doesn't work, decorate the dumbells like big crayons!

I totally hope you know I'm kidding.
