You have thrush, mostly babies get this, but you can get it too. You need an antibiotic, I think it is a rinse, I know it is purple, any way go to the doctor

rash with white spots seams to be what i have,which is oral thrush alloying it burns and bleeds and doesnt go away i had it for 3 years now. if its that then dr. will give to pills and ointion
ment,i try tooking up the condition on the web,if it is thrush i would tell you to watch sugar intake and also junk food is bad,eat health and do what the doctor says,and see him often . lots of luck to you.

Thrush (oral yeast infection), oral herpes (fever blisters, "cold sores") or perhaps a bad strep infection? In any case, go see a doctor and get some strong antibiotics.
