Could be a couple of things.
1-Sinus infection/ear infection
2- Eye issues
3- Low Blood Sugar?

Good luck at the doctor's office.

If you are getting dizzy a lot and losing weight then you are not consuming enough calories or protein. Go for the Tempeh and Quinoa. the latter being a grain that is pure protein. You can eat Quinoa in a salad or soup or mix with other grains, bulgar and cracked wheat, and herbs, spices, and a good binder (eeggsand bread crumbs work well). Then you can make burgers or veggie loaf. Also don't be afraid of protein powders. Look for ones that have no animal products in them. Most they can be found at places like Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and heath food stores Use the powder to make milk shakes. Almond milk with the protein powder and ice. You can add fresh fruit and also flavorings if you like.

It could be many things:
1) Low iron (anemia)
2) Low blood pressure
3) Low/high blood sugar or insulin related problems ie diabetes
4) Middle ear problems
5) Thyroid issues
6) Circulation problems
Or a number of other things.
Make an appointment to get some urine/blood work done. the sooner you do this the better off you'll be.

maybe you arent eating properly, which can cause dizziness. You better not be pregnant cuz that would require an a** beating by your parents. Talk to your doctor, maybe you are just lacking something in your diet.

it sounds like low blood sugar...next time it happens, try drinking some juice, or maybe even a soda to see if the dizzyness stops. if u feel better after that, then its most likely low blood sugar!!
