Let see....for example..your walking and suddenly a girl/boy pass by looking at you....after passing by to each other if she/he still looking at you from the back...that means there checking you out....if not then they just happened to look your way....

Well if its that girl shes parable checking you out!
or maybe she just wanted to look at you in some other way maybe when she looks at you she can feel you personalty its not just for your looks!!!
or maybe she just came across you but the last one sounds better!! lol

Smile, and see if it is returned. If she continues to smile and maintain eye contact ,approach in a friendly and non threatening manner and see if you can start a conversation. If it is a casual look she will return to what she was doing, and not return your look.
