nortin antivirus...?

ill explain my story. i had nortin anti-virus it worked nicely then i did some weird thing to my comp:- i like somewhat rebooted it but it kept all of its programs but it fixed some problems but now my N A-V program always comes up and says ' next' or 'activate later' i click next put it just stays theres like its trying to move on but it doesnt. it seems frozen each time i do but when i do 'ctrl alt delete' it says it s running fine

whats going on here?

re-installed Norton and it should fix it, most likely you were doing something with your computers registry and messed it up somehow.
