How do I fix this problem? I have tried a system restore and hardware repair. I have done virus scans and deleted cookies. I am not sure what else to do. I have sent error reports to Microsoft. I think that this missing file is causing my internet and my computer to run slow. I have an HP Pavillion computer. Like I said the file is b.exe or B.exe If you know how to fix this problem or can tell me some program that I have not tried that might help it would be greatly appreciated.

B.exe is not your system files.Sould like a vuris or other kind of temp file.I think b.exe is not the reason that causes your computer slow.

i looked up b.exe and it appears its a virus if i were you i would search for it go to start then seach then type in b.exe make sure yo got to prefence and check then box that says search system foldiers too if hte antivirus didnt get it then you should get it by hand and also go and get ccleaner www.ccleaner it helps get rid of invalid and other registry problems as well as clean out the junk files in your system that will make it go quicker
