Sometimes I see them peeking out and just think wow, l'd like to have them. But how do I ask? Do I offer to pay? From a woman's view, whats an acceptable reason?

"Excuse me, may I have your panties? I'll gladly pay for them."

Why, one might say?

"Because I admire them."

For those women here that replied to this question by suggesting that a guy just go out and buy his own pair of panties, is not the point here at all. Certainly if a guy is simply into a new pair of panties, he is likely to go and buy his own. However, once again, the point main here is that, most men want a pair of women's panties that have been 'worn' by a woman, or that certain woman that they might have happen to see from a distance in the workplace, the restaurant they frequent, their favorite department store, classroom, etc.., Bottom-line ladies, it's all about the scent of a women. The scent of both her back and front sides and in most cases, stain from each side. In a lot of cases, most men know they will never come as physically close as they would like to that 'certain woman' they have been ogling then a handshake at best; if even that. So, the next nest best thing is to get something physical such as their panties and enjoy the scent in them. Again, for some, the dirtier the panties, the better. Others, just the scent of them being a bit musty with a little perfume in there is a enough to send most men into 'orgasmic nirvana'. The same is true with women's pantyhose; which I love!

Currently, yours truly, finds myself in a similar situation, where I ran into a woman that I met a year ago on a job I only worked on a few days. During that time she and I hit it off well. We always seem to talk during our breaks. Moving the clock forward, I saw her recently where I happen to be for medical reasons. We were both amazed that we ran into each other again. I wanted soooo badly to ask here for a pair of her panties. But I couldn't just come out and do that. I thought about using a 'round about' approach, such as starting a conversation and cleverly leading it into stretching the truth by saying, 'I saw a rather interesting show the other night on TLC. The host was actually asking guy's about asking, well, can you believe this?? women for their underwear!! Can you believe such a thing?? Then I would check her facial expressions and reply. Depending on both would I ask her for her panties or not. She know's I'm married, which I feel guilty as it is. But this woman is gorgeous and really a sweetheart. With all that said, I think the simple answer to this question is, ask a woman for her panties at your own risk!!! It's a crap shoot!! She maybe very willing, or she may report you to the authorities, or she'll lose total respect for you if she knows you somewhat, or she just may slap you into next week leaving her hand print permanently embedded in your face. Oh! I guess you are wondering, if I will try my approach with this girl? I usually have a good feel for people without them sometimes even opening up their mouths. I'll have to see. But I only a few more sessions of therapy before I will probably never see this woman again. I even thought about simply asking for her email to stay in touch to see how she's progressing in her life's adventures. Stay tune folks!! :)

Is this one woman in particular? Or many women/any women?

I think you would have to develop some kind of relationship with a woman before just asking. There's never a tactful way to just blurt out "can I have your panties?" This seems like something a little intimate, and many women would not be receptive.

Alternatively, if it's not a particular woman's panties you are interested in, you could go the money route. While I don't condone offering just anyone some money for her panties, there are many women who will sell their panties to you. I suggest looking on craigslist in the men seeking women section or the erotic services section. It's not illegal to sell or buy panties, so don't worry about that.

If going this route (as with any type of similar service) always remember to be courteous and respectful, and never haggle on the price.

That's creepy. If some random guy asked to buy my panties, he'd probably have a broken nose. There is not polite way to ask. So you're probably better off going to Victoria's Secret and buying yourself something nice.

Sweetie there is no polite way to ask something so intimate. And there is no acceptable reason. Well unless you are at a sex club. But that is a whole different story.

Only if you are already intimate.

Please put your eyeballs back in your head.

If you must have them, shop around in appropriate stores and departments and buy yourself a pair.

Unless you want to be slapped (either by hand, or with a sexual harassment suit).
