In general, I enjoy reading the entire OT because it is so rich with history. I find Proverbs instructive when it comes to teaching my students because it gives me insight into human nature. The book of Psalms is inspiring, as well as Isaiah. Sorry, it's hard to pick just one OT book... they are all fantastic!

I love to read the Genesis account, especially from creation to the Flood. I think the book of Judges is fascinating. And Proverbs is a wonderful book to read over and over. They are all wonderful gifts from Jehovah, but I would have to say that those are my favorites!
