here is a website with the color chip chart...

http://tcpglobal.com/autocolorlibrary/showimg.asp

there is a paint code reference given on a decal somewhere on you car which will verify the correct color code here...

call a body shop they will be able to tell you where to find the code or better yet drive car to body shop and have them show you right on the car...

Plasti Cote makes exactly matched spray paint in cans for color matching repairs... the paint code on car can be matched to the code on the cans...

these can be found at Schucks, Checker, Autozone, Pep Boy's and many other auto parts stores...

this will get you the right color happy painting

If you want it to look nice it won't happen with a spray can! Sorry!
You may get close but it will not blend with the existing 17 year old faded paint! For the low buck route I would suggest trying to find a close color match at a Pep Boys in your area if they have them there. Even if you find the exact original color in a can it won't match though due to the age of the paint on your car. Paint fades with age. If you don't want anyone to notice have it professionally painted!

spray can will never give you the finish you want. if you have never painted, you will never get the finish you want. this is why there are body shops and those that paint and go to school to learn how to paint. for it is not just some easy thing to do like spraying paint on a toy car on some newspaper.

you can use a spray can, but you'll never get it to shine, if you wax it, it will remove paint, and anyone, even a 5 yr old will know you used a spray can on it.

even the cheapest out there, Maaco is like $500 for a full repaint but I'd trust a child fingering painting on my car long before they touched it.

Average, cheap paint job, is at least $1000. Paint and clear coat is not expensive, its many many hours of labor of prep and sanding, masking tape, paint paper, proper ventalation, paint masks, primer, sand paper, compressor, spray gun
