Go to Hamptons, Fire Island or shopping. Manhattan is crowded and not much outdoor activities except walking around, eating and buying. Go to Coney Island's theme park or Jones Beach.

depends on what you like, if there's a park around you, gather up some friends and play ball, or frisbee, or whatever. Go to camp, thats always fun, then you have someone else worry about what you do and usually its fun.
