A 17 year old car for so much money? No way. You have to look more thing than some fancy tires and some shiny rims. Probably the engine was changed because it had millions of miles in it, and you are going to have a lot of wear and tear in such an old car.

if the engine is really new not just rebuilt then i might buy it .
i suggest you have this car check out by a mechanic and check the insurance costs for that car with the modifications.

yes in a heartbeat...honda are a very nice and reliable car (i have 4) beat my corvette any day... but make sure it has low mileage though
