Hi, In the May issue of Dog Fancy on pg. 61 there is a natural tip for dogs with diarrhea it says that "pureed pumpkin is an incredibly effective anti-diahrreal, and you should have a couple cans on hand just in case. Not the "PUMPKIN-PIE MIX" which has sugar and spices--you want plain pumkin. Add a teaspoon or two of fiber rich pumkin to his food or feeding it straight from the can--most dogs love it-- can soon bring the runs to a stand still. Also try on the herbal front, slippery-elm. It is a tried and true remedy for soothing the digestive tract. It is available as a tincture and aside from rare alergic reactions it is considered to be safe for use in animals." Quote from the issue of Dog Fancy listed above. Also ginger has stomach settling properties...see link below.

If you have not already done so, please take them into a veterinarian immediately. They will need supportive nursing for their symptoms as well as treatment for the cause.
Please know that there is really no magic to vaccinations, it takes a couple weeks at least before the body begins to build a resistance to a disease. They are most likely still susceptible to diseases until they've had a booster shot.
When ever puppies displaying these symptoms are mentioned, the first thing that comes to my mind is some type of parasite. Parasites, especially worms, are very common in puppies and can cause them to dehydrate very rapidly.
Only a thorough examination (including a fecal), by a licensed veterinarian can make a formal diagnosis as to what is wrong with your puppies.
Please do not wait any longer to take them in, go to an emergency clinic if you must.
i wish you luck,
-RVT

It disheartens me to hear that. I wish for your puppies wellness... may I ask you for a a single specific so I can be of assistance, however?
- Where did you purchase your puppies? (pet shop or breeder) If you purchased your puppies from a pet shop they may have an inborn illness caused by puppy mills which they are produced...
- Is there anything in the vomit? If you see any rice-like blots or spiral white lines in the poo or vomit, it may be worms. Although many puppies suffer with worms it can be very destructive and must be treated ASAP!
If you need further advice, supply me with these specifics by use of my contact address on my profile... or update this question. :)
p.s. Either way, I would take your puppies to a vet ASAP. Advice online can not nearly suppliment the care your puppies deserve.

Puppies can still get sick even when they are up to date on their shots. If they don't have the immunity built up to certain diseases, they'll pick them up if exposed to them. I would see the vet, and I can't even stress how important it is to do it immediately. From Saturday til now, that's a long time. Are they eating / drinking anything at all? They are likely very dehydrated.

Sounds like parvo. I had a puppy once who was up to date on all of his shots, and he STILL came down with this disease. Something about if they puppy is still nursing when the shot is given it has a counter affect. See a vet!

Keep both of them hydrated. Call up you're local veterinarian and list the symptoms and be sure to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. First thing tomorrow morning is ideal.
